Health & Safety Protocols

We are committed to providing a safe environment for our guests. These protocols are subject to change based on revised government guidelines.

We ask that our guests
  • Maintain a 6-foot distance between individuals or individual parties in serving lines
  • Adhere to local mask orders during the event when not sampling
  • Use single serve cups during the event. Official sample glasses will be distribute when you leave the event
  • Understand that advanced ticketing will only be offered to patrons with an Alabama zip code
  • Full refunds will be given to guests who do not meet CDC criteria for symptoms, exposure, or testing

Our staff and volunteers

  • Will sanitize all surfaces at least once an hour throughout the site
  • Will wear a mask at all times and use gloves when necessary
  • Will submit to temperature checks prior to working the event
  • Will utilize CDC recommended communication protocols to patrons
  • Will be trained and advised of COVID-19 protocols

Site protocols

  • Individual brewery tents will be spaced 6 to 8 feet apart
  • Portable restrooms will be spaced 6 feet apart
  • Barriers will be used to control flow to avoid guest congestion
  • Car park spacing will be more generous than usual
  • There will be no central entertainment on the stage under the shed to avoid guest congestion
  • Entertainment will be distributed in nature throughout the event
  • Capacity is limited to 2500
